The terrace on the first floor is equipped with a whirl pool. All electrical and heating engineering is up to date and carried by German companies. Floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Additional thermo photovoltaic device for hot water on the roof top. The Kitchen is made of spruce and handmade. The terrace on the ground floor and first floor both are encased with mosquito net. Therefore both location can be used without disruption by insects. Sun protection by two large white parasols. The basement level consist of two apartments, both with separate entrances and kitchen and bathroom and a huge garage.
